Thoughtful ongoing dialog for men
This podcast is intentionally oriented to improve the quality of man —for himself and his family. There is a combination of guests and host only solo episodes with well documented links and show notes for books and references. It is not preachy nor does it sell itself as a cure all. There are questions and conversations that are of interest to a man wanting to improve and understand his capabilities and contributions. Guest dialog and questions are prepared and there is an opportunity to learn something each time.

Really Useful Content
This podcast always has what I need to hear. The building resilience into your foundation episode was great. Building good habits in the easier times so that you don’t sink in the hard times, hit me like a lightning bolt. Brent gives me insight into what I need to do and also how to do it. I appreciate his time and research to help me and other people lead a better and more purposeful life.

Brent and his guests discuss a wide variety of topics, all of which can help to make men better. Better fathers, better husbands, and better friends.
